Biography

Dan Hollis graduated from CSULB (Long Beach, California) with a BSc in Earth Science.

Dan’s early career focused on active-source seismic services with several companies.  Dan’s work with early nodal seismic recorders led to an interest in use of continuous passive seismic recording for subsurface imaging and monitoring.  Dan was one of the founders of Sisprobe that provides passive seismic imaging and monitoring services.  Dan is a member of SExG and is a member of SExG’s Mining and Passive Seismic committees.
