BIOGRAPHY

Jim Macnae is an Honorary Professor at RMIT University, and conducts and manages research and consulting at CD3D Pty. Limited. He has authored numerous journal articles and book chapters in mainstream geophysical electromagnetism, both time and frequency domain. He has extensive experience with obscure sub-categories of EM such as galvanic and inductive IP, magnetics and SPM, diffusive and propagative GPR. Jim has extensive experience in transmitter and electromagnetic sensor design including SQUIDS, inductive and quantum magnetometers for EM, as well as capacitive and non-polarising electrodes.
