For your convenience, the SAGA team have reserved accommodation at 6 hotels. Three are on-site of the Windhoek International Convention Centre (previously called the Safari Conference Centre), and the other three are off-site, within 5 – 15min drive away. Two of these off-site options have a daily shuttle that you can book as a per person rate for the week 1-4 October. You will be able to book your accommodation (and daily shuttle where applicable) when registering for SAGA 2024 on our online registration portal.

Please note that the Centre and two on-site hotels, the Movenpick and Mercure, have changed ownership. For example, the Movenpick used to be named the Safari Court Hotel, and the Mercure used to be called the Hotel Safari. Google maps is yet to be updated, so please use the simplified map of Windhoek provided here.
