Delegates will be collected at Movenpick Hotel and transferred by bus to GocheGanas Lodge.

Delegates arrive at lodge and transfer to game drive vehicles and enjoy a 1.5 hours game drive while seeing the gorgeous Namibian sunset in the bushveld. Light refreshments will be served during the drive.

On arrival back at the lodge you will enjoy a 3-course meal at the on-site restaurant. One refreshment will be included in your meal.

And then after this safari and delicious meal, it’s a transfer by bus back to the Movenpick Hotel to deliver you at approx. around 20:30/21:00. Just in time for a nightcap and bed.

New Interpretation Methods
The mines of tomorrow are hidden beneath layers of sedimentary cover or nestled as subtle extensions to known deposits. While traditional airborne geophysics excel in detecting metal deposits near the surface, they struggle when encountering deeper targets or non-magnetic geological trends.

Exploration teams seek to deploy high-resolution technologies on surveys with closely spaced lines or stations covering extensive areas. These surveys should capture a broad signal bandwidth to map the deeper extensions and connectivity with shallow structures effectively. However, such practices are not always feasible due to challenging terrain, including water bodies, vegetation, restricted access, or the significant time and budget required to acquire such data across large areas.
